Offer Cashback Policy

• The contact details should not be registered before with the developer database


• You have to mention that you are referred by Property Street when you meet the respective people at the site


• We provide a Sitevisit ID for doing site visits and a Cashback ID for booking. Cashback will be based on the IDs only


• Cashback will not be issued if booking happens without a Cashback ID


• Cashback will be paid in 60 to 90 days post 20 - 30% payment is completed (Duration may be changed for each project) and the agreement signed (If needed) which all will be mentioned on the property Street project page itself


• Cashback value will be based on the booking date


• Property Street will not do any repeated marketing calls and will not follow the buyers for booking


• Once registered with Property Street for sitevisit, you will receive the Sitevisit ID and Contact Number in the E-mail. Share the Sitevisit ID and site visit date to this Number or Whatsapp before going to the Sitevisit.


• Property Street will share the Cashback ID on the same WhatsApp when making the booking.
