By accessing PropertyStreet or B3 Connection Engine, you agree to these Terms & Condition and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Platform Use
Users must provide accurate registration details and use the platform only for lawful real estate discovery, listing, partner collaboration, and related business activities. Misuse, false listings, or unauthorized access are prohibited.
3. Brand & Channel Partner Accounts
Brands and channel partners are responsible for the accuracy of project data, inventory, pricing, availability, and communications shared through the platform. Subscription limits, search credits, and project credits are governed by the active billing plan.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans, renewals, and usage limits are billed according to the selected package. Failure to maintain an active plan may restrict access to premium features such as search usage or project additions.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, design, and proprietary content remain the property of Ara Property Street Pvt Ltd and its licensors. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform materials without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
